THE LIFE OF BAHÁ’U’LLÁH
The photographs here gives a glimpse into the extraordinary life of Bahá’u’lláh. They present His story in pictures: His birthplace, the cities of His exile, the cell in which He was confined for two years and His final resting place. Here, too, are examples of His handwriting, relics of His remarkable life, and photographs of the beautiful gardens in the Holy Land which His life inspired.
Bahá’í Community of Canada
The Bahá’í Community of Canada comprises more than 30,000 members and is representative of the country’s rich cultural and ethnic diversity. It includes francophones and anglophones, and more than 18% of its members come from First Nations and Inuit backgrounds; another 30% are immigrants. There are Bahá’ís in every province and territory in Canada, and they reside in some 1200 localities across the country.

Bahá’í World News Service
The Bahá’í World News Service reports on activities of the worldwide Bahá’í community and on events that affect the Baha’i Faith or its followers. The service is based at the Bahá’í International Community’s Office of Public Information at the Bahá’í World Centre in Haifa, Israel.
Bahá’í International Community
Active in various global fora, the Baha’i International Community maintains UN offices in New York and Geneva, as well as regional offices in Addis Ababa, Brussels, and Jakarta. The Baha’i International Community registered with the UN as an NGO in 1948 and currently has consultative status with ECOSOC and UNICEF, as well as accreditation with UNEP and the UN Department of Public Information. The Baha’i International Community collaborates with the UN and its specialized agencies, as well as member states, inter- and non-governmental organizations, academia, and practitioners.
